* Improvements have been made to the Windmill Cottage (expanded main bedroom, new cedar closet) and the the Artist Cottage (wall mural restoration). Improvements will soon be made to the Captain’s House (new floors in the upstairs bedroom along with the removal of the brick chimney, and the addition of a new cedar closet).
* Prices above do not include 14.45% short-term lodging taxes
* Pets: One dog is allowed, if 20 pounds or fewer in size.

We set up this temporary webpage to connect with previous guests of the three rental dwellings at the Mill Pond Cottage Compound (also known as the Mill Pond Cottages) in Chatham, Massachusetts. The property was sold to us in December of 2022 and we intend to continue offering the Windmill Cottage and the Artist Cottage for rent starting in May of 2023. (The Captain’s House may also be available for rent, on a limited basis.)
We’ll soon have date availability and direct-booking capability at this Port Fortune website, along with booking via Airbnb and VRBO listings. In the interim, feel free to contact us and let us know your interest in renting one of the cottages next season along with your desired dates. We’ll pencil in your request and get back to you soon to formally book your reservation.
